The JBH Story: From High School to HVAC Leadership

I’m Ben Haws, and my journey in the trades started in high school. I learned early on that I loved the challenge of fixing complex systems. While I continued working in the trades through college and eventually managed industrial systems at the University of Dayton, I also earned a Finance degree from Wright State University.

I founded JBH in 2014 because I saw a major flaw in the industry: homeowners were being sold equipment based on sales quotas rather than actual math.
